2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 applies for all COD orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and link to track the delivery status.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
7. Delays & Exceptions
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (like natural disasters or pandemics). In case of any unusual delays, our team will keep you informed.
8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Package
Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
